Training – Average employee receives five trainings per year @ a cost of $45.00 per training minimum. Cost: $225.00 per year. Training – average employee receives 10 trainings per year – OSHA, EEOC, FTC and job related. Management receives 15 trainings – all included in monthly service fee to include unlimited updates.
Filling out forms – $28.00 per form – avg. employee completes 4 forms a year, per BLS data. Cost $112.00 per year. Unlimited forms access – simply download from computer – included in service fee.
Updating and printing employee handbook - $28.00 per employee per year. Unlimited updating and online publishing of employee handbook – included in service fee.
  Telephone access to HR professionals for management – all included in service fee.
